Kung Fu Programs:
We are a focused to get you from white belt to Black belt. Follow the class structure of classes two times weekly, and you can expect to achieve your Black Belt in 3-4 years.
Wing Chun Kung Fu (Ages 15+):
Improve your strength, stamina and flexibility. The Wing Chun kung fu program focuses on kung fu stances, footwork, chi sao (sticky hand) techniques and overall mastery of the basic principles of Wing Chun. This self-defence program is suitable for both women and men of all skill levels.
Class schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30–8:30 p.m. & Saturday 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Shaolin Kung Fu (Ages 4-14)
Improve your child’s confidence, discipline and fitness level. The Shaolin kung fu program
focuses on traditional Shaolin kung fu forms, strikes, kicks and self-defence techniques.
Students who successfully complete the Shaolin program move on to the Wing Chun kung
fu program.
Class schedule: Saturday 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Examinations are done quarterly by Master Chiu Lau.
